Linking closely to the BCM Body of Knowledge (BoK) are two building blocks that support our participants' learning journey. One is the Competency Level (CL), the other is the Level of Expertise or Expertise Level (EL).
Each Body of Knowledge (BoK) has seven (7) areas. Each areas (for example, BoK 2 is Risk Analysis and Review) of the BoK is further divided into three level of competency or CL. The three CL (CL 1, CL 2 and CL 3) within each area will emphasized the depth of the knowledge. They are the:
