Crisis Management Courses
Crisis management (CM) is often confused with business continuity management (BCM). For those who have attended the institute’s BCM certification courses, you begin to notice that organisations need to increase their preparedness to manage a disaster and a crisis.
Crisis includes physical threats and incidents that affect the organisation's reputation even though you still have access to your organisation. With the advent of social media and real-time updates, BCM professionals and senior management need to be aware of crisis management, and these courses are a basic necessity for any senior management team member’s responsibilities.
Noting that not everyone has the same level of interest, experience, and job scope, BCM Institute has designed various crisis management courses to accommodate individuals' unique backgrounds.
Courses are available as entirely online and hybrid and are divided into three levels of competencies:
1 | KNOW | 2 | DO | 3 | MANAGE |
At the end of each course, participants would be assessed through assessments or examinations to ascertain his/her level of competency. They can look forward to receiving either an
- Internationally recognised crisis management (CM) certification through any of our CM certification courses or
- Singapore’s WSQ Statement of Attainment is available through any of our crisis management (CM) competency-level courses.
So, which level would be best for you? Perhaps the table below might help.
