Do I get the Crisis Communication Certified Expert (CCCE) Certification automatically?
Even though it is an advanced level certification course, it does not allow one to get the CCCE certificate automatically.
However, when you complete the Module 1 of the Blended Learning course which is the e-Learning module with a passing score of 75%, you will be awarded CCCP upon completion of the course.
The course prepares one to have the necessary theoretical understanding of implementing and managing a CC plan. The follow up qualifying examination endorses that understanding but in order to obtain the certification, one has to show his/her 3 years BCM/CC experience in an application form and send in an application processing fees of SGD 150 to the certification department (certification@bcm-institute.org).

How to Obtain Your Crisis Communication Certification After Passing My Exam?
So what do I get after the course and what does it mean?
As the course prepares one to have the basic theoretical understanding of the implementation and managing of BCM, passing the Qualifying CCCE exam would automatically get you the Crisis Communication Certified Planner (CCCP) certificate.
There is no application fees attached to obtaining the certificate but you would be needed to make a SGD50 annual payment to maintain its validity.
In order for you to obtain the Crisis Communication Certified Specialist (CCCS) or the Crisis Communication Certified Expert (CCCE) all you need to do is send in your application form and application fees for the respective certificate you wish to upgrade to. This can be done when it is time for you to renew your current certificate and you have met the minimum BCM/CC experience for the certificate you wish to upgrade to. You do not need to attend any other courses after attending the CM-5000 course and passing the Qualifying CCCE exam.
*NOTE: The CMCP certificate is needed for Singaporean and Singapore PR who are claiming for their CITREP funding. For further clarifications, please drop an email to programme.sg@bcm-institute.org
