Having completed the CM-300 Crisis Management Implementer Course and passed the CCCS examination, for professional intending to upgrade his or her skill to manage a crisis management program and work closely with the crisis management team, then, it is appropriate for you to attend the expert-level two-day course:

The course is designed to be taken in one complete course which is to provide the participants with the complete set of knowledge for crisis management. The specific course is:
- CM-5000 Crisis Management Expert Implementer Course
- SGD 3,850 | 4 Days Course | 3.5 hour exams (scheduled on the fifth day of the course)
This course is most suitable for BCM managers who are tasked to also oversee and manage the organization's CM plans. Usually, you are the person providing the conduit between the senior management and the command centre (emergency operations centre).
Crisis Management Fundamentals
You have noticed by now that the Crisis Management Certified Planner or CMCP is not mentioned. If you are just pursuing CM for knowledge purpose, this is the right course to attend as it provide you with the recognition of being able to have the "Know" competency in BCM Institute's competency level. If you are still keen in pursuing, the specific course is:
- CM-200 Crisis Management Expert Implementer Course
- SGD 1,250 | 1 Days Course | 1.5 hour exams (scheduled on the third day after attending the course)
Recomendation: I would strongly encourage the "main stream" professionals to pursue the CMCS and then upgrade yourself to CMCE as you gain the necessary experience.
