[BL-CC-3] What is Needed to Complete Module 1 of the CC-300 Blended Learning [BL-CC-5] Course?

Module 1 of the CC-300 Blended Learning course is an E-learning module focusing on the fundamentals of Crisis Communication (CC).  This is the same module that participants attending the CC-5000 Blended Learning (Course code: BL-CC-5) will be completing. 

As this module has an assessment requirement, the successful completion of this E-learning module will also result in the participant being awarded the "Crisis Communication Certified Planner" or CCCP certification.

BL-CC-5 M1 Course Content CC-5000To complete Module 1 of the CC-5000 Blended Learning (BL-CC-5) / CC-300 Blended Learning (BL-CC-3) course. participants are required to attend 8 E-learning sub-modules of the CC Implementation process. 

E-Learning Modules: Crisis Communication Fundamentals
  1. Crisis Communication Concepts and Definitions
  2. Crisis Communication Principles, Framework and Policy 
  3. Crisis Communication Planning Methodology
  4. Crisis Types and Scenarios
  5. Establish Crisis Communication Team and Structure

 

Phases Learning Roadmap  CC-300-CC-400-CC-5000 Crisis Communication Course PhasesNote that Module 1 is also Day 1 (of 4) for participants attending the Blended Learning CC-5000 course [BL-CC-5].

The participant is required to spent about 1 hour per E-Learning sub-module
