Overview of BCM-8030 ISO 22301 BCMS Auditor Course
As a proponent of continuous learning despite COVID-19 and we return to normal, BCM Institute now offers participants the choice to attend its equally rigorous Blended Learning "BCM-8030 ISO22301 Audit" course.
This alternative approach combines online educational materials and virtual interaction between the facilitator and participants. As opposed to our physical "brick-and-mortar" or "Hybrid Learning" course, participants now have some degree of control of the class regarding its time, place, path, or pace.
This course is NOT a three-day, hour-by-hour direct conversion course from its brick-and-mortar version but revamped with several guiding principles.
- The examination will be e-proctored to meet the requirement that the participants do some revision and preparation. Rest assured that its integrity will be maintained.
- Provide participants with downloadable handbooks and the latest audit program based on the latest ISO22301 update.
- Access to additional audit readings for those who are already experienced
- Facilitated with experienced IT/ Financial and also ISO22301 BCMS auditors
- Able to conduct the "live" audit exercise via an electronic platform without travelling to another country or state.
While professionals generally still prefer to attend an onsite classroom-based course with a facilitator or instructor being present, (electronic) face-to-face classroom practices are fast gaining momentum. This is especially so when more regions are experiencing lockdowns and quarantine requirements when arriving at the destination.
Hence, BCM Institute crafted the BCM-300 Blended Learning [BL-A-3] to answer the global request to conduct the BCM-8030 ISO 22301 BCMS Auditor course on site.
Here is a quick overview of the course, divided into modules 1 to 3. Each module's conduct is described with the corresponding on-site learning outcome.

What are the Differences and Concerns?
Concerns: The major problem with blended learning is that it will be another eLearning training over a video channel; the entire process is designed so that the content will provide the same outcome.
Instructors: Note that instructors delivering the modules will remain the same as those providing the onsite training.
International Participation: Another significant change will be the participation of more international delegates than the traditional majority of Asian participants. They will be expected to discuss and work as teams worldwide.
Readings: More pre-readings should be expected as the objective is to ensure that knowledge that could be acquired via reading should be done outside the training session. More time is allocated to share experiences from the participants and facilitators.
