Understanding ISO22301 BCMS Concepts and Process |
Introduction to Audit Terminology
- Have a good understanding of audit definitions and concepts relating to BCM concepts
- Understand the four strategic BCM audit processes and the content (requirement) of the ISO22301 BCMS standard.
- Able to explain the BCM concepts and their interlink as explained in greater detail from the context of an auditor's perspective.

Understand the BCMS Framework and BCM Program |
- Understand the concept of a management system implemented under the International organisation for standardisation (ISO).

- Walkthrough the content of the ISO22301 BCMS standard
- Be able to compare a non-ISO22301 BCM implementation with one that has.

Understand the Structure of a BCM Program, Handling of the Auditees and Stakeholders and Develop Standardise Audit Program

- Have hands-on experience in using customised templates for auditing the BCMS.using the standardised audit program
