Understanding Operational Resilience and Its Importance	Understanding operational resilience and its importance Exploring the regulatory landscape and industry standards Overview of operational resilience planning methodology
Understanding ISO22301 BCMS Concepts and Process	Introduction to Audit Terminology Have a good understanding of audit definitions and concepts relating to BCM concepts. Understand the four strategic BCM audit processes and the content (requirement) of the ISO22301 BCMS standard. Able to explain the BCM concepts and their interlink as explained in greater detail from the context of an auditor's perspective.
Audit Planning and Preparation	Defining audit objectives and scope Developing an audit plan and checklist Gathering relevant information and documentation Evaluating Control Environment and Governance Structures
Understand the BCMS Framework and BCM Program	Understand the concept of a management system implemented under the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO). Apply the ISO process of Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) within the BC management system. Walkthrough of the content of the ISO22301 BCMS standard Be able to compare a non-ISO22301 BCM implementation with one that has.
Aligning to ISO 22301/ 22313 BCMS Standard	Have hands-on experience using the ISO 22301 / 22313 standards to review the BC management system. Learn how to process, analyse and interpret the BCMS requirement specified in the standard. Align BCM fundamentals to ISO22301 BCMS requirement

Planning and Preparing the BCMS Audit	Understand the Structure of a BCM Program, Handling of the Auditees and Stakeholders and Develop a Standardise Audit Program Understand the scope of the BCMS key components and requirements of ISO22301. Develop and present their standardised audit program. Have hands-on experience in using customised templates for auditing using the standardised audit program.
