For Blended Learning (BL), you are required to complete and passed the Qualifying Business Continuity Certified Lead Auditor (BCCLA) Examination. For **Onsite Face-to-Face Training** (public or in-house), it helps the participant to prepare for the Qualifying Business Continuity Certified Lead Auditor (BCCLA) examination on the 5th day of the course. Here, the participants will transition from a physical ISO22301 BCMS audit to the consolidation, review, and reporting of the findings found during the audit.  They must review and audit the BCMS requirements of a business continuity program based on a case study organisation or a live BCMS portal. Ensuing group discussions are conducted to crystallise the concepts and share their challenges and learning facilitated by an experienced lead auditor. In summary, participants should be able to: - Determine non-conformities of BCMS requirements based on ISO22301. - Write non-conformity audit reports. - Know the areas for follow-up and corrective actions after the audit.   | ###### **\[M4-S1\]** Audit Review and Reporting | | --- | | - Write Non-conformities - Present Non-conformities - Write and Issue the Final Audit Report - Present Final Audit Report - Conduct Exit or Closing Meeting | | ###### \[M2-S2\] Audit Follow-up | | - Review Corrective Actions and Audit Follow-up |   #### Detailed Course Content |   | | --- | | #### \[M4-S1\] Reviewing and Reporting Audit Findings | |   The participant is expected to draw a conclusion, review the findings during the audit, and make an audit report to the audited organisation. The student should be able to write and complete an audit report to be submitted to the organisation's management. These audit findings will be presented, and the student is expected to conduct an exit meeting to close the findings and observations with the organisation.   | | #### \[M4-S2\] Conducting Audit Follow-up  | | After issuing the audit report, the participant must discuss the audit findings' follow-up. The process includes conducting the review and follow-up of an audit report and issuing and finalising the audit follow-up report.
