Program Management in the BCM Process

At this phase you will have completed the majority of the phases which have enabled you to identify all the resources required to operate the critical business processes. This information will help you to determine the best strategy to be applied so as to speedily and efficiently recover your business in the event of a crisis.

At this stage, the process establishes an on-going system to ensure the validity of the recovery strategy, the documented recovery procedures and ultimately the recoverability of the business units.
