New call-to-actionIn-house training is preferred to be conducted over four 1/2-day sessions (online).  The reason is that the participants can work as a team to complete the training by contextualising their work environment.

The experienced CM instructor will be able to mentor and guide the team in customising the content to align with the organisation's requirements.
