The BCM-410 “Initiating BCM Program” is a 2-day course or four 1/2-day sessions aimed to train the participants to be able to apply project scope management techniques, to be able to implement project scope management plans and use scope change control procedures; and apply these techniques in the initiating of a Business Continuity (BCM) program for their organisation.
For in-house training, it is preferred to be conducted over four 1/2-day sessions. The reason is that the participants can work as a team to complete the training contextualizing their actual work environment.
