Veronika Kovacsova [Speaker]

Veronika Kovacsova started at ING HUBs Slovakia in June 2022 as an expert in Business Continuity Management. The scope of her responsibilities was covering multiple locations globally in developing, implementing and monitoring the Business Continuity Management framework. She maintained continuous global oversight of the status and progress of non-financial risk matters relevant for my policy.

In April 2023, she moved to Operational Resilience within ING Hub Slovakia as a subject matter expert. She was responsible for covering multiple locations globally (for wholesale and retail) in developing, implementing, and monitoring the Operational Resilience framework. She is responsible for writing global Operational Resilience and Business Continuity Control standards which will be compliant with DORA regulations and covering multiple locations globally in developing, implementing and monitoring the Operational Resilience framework.

Before starting ING Hub, Veronika Kovacsova was a Business Continuity Expert at SPP from September 2020 to May 2022. Her responsibilities included starting Business continuity implementation from the beginning, developing and implementing the Business Continuity and Crisis Management Plans, and closely cooperating with the IT department to implement Disaster Recovery Plans.

Veronika Kovacsova graduated from Zilinska Univerzita in the Zilina (Slovak Republic) with master’s degree of E-commerce and management.
