BCM Institute's Blended Learning Program
Ever wondered what the difference is between BCM Institute's classroom-based course and blended learning courses?
Classroom-based Onsite Training
A classroom-based course is where the participants are required to be present at a designated location and perform the face-to-face meeting with the facilitator and be taught through a full-day session (between 9 am to 5 pm).
Blended Learning Training
Blended Learning is a combination of offline and online learning, except the location since participants will be taught in real-time through webinars. The class will be stretched in a more extended period of time as opposed to the conventional classroom, where you can complete your session within three days. In a blended learning class, both online and traditional teaching methods are utilized to provide a more effective learning experience for the participants.
Basically, you will have a fixed schedule where you will have to attend a part of the classes via online learning and another part allowing you to do assignments with the presence of the facilitator on-screen. This course is specially designed for professionals who wish to attend training but facing difficulties due to their work schedules and the availability to attend at a desired location.
