Complete Certification Application Form
When you update Section 3 of the Certification Application Form (CAF) for Operational Resilience, you must submit:
- four OR BoK for the Specialist Level application and
- eight OR BoK for the Expert Level application.
Section 3 is subdivided into the fifteen Operational Resilience Body of Knowledge (OR BOK).
Do note that the certification application (CA) fee must be paid before the CAF is accepted for review.
OR Expert/ Specialist Level Certification
The latest version can only be downloaded from the certification application portal.
Do note that the certification team grants access to the application processing portal upon completing the "application processing fee" payment.

Submission of Application Form
Submit your completed Certification Application form and upload it to the certification application portal (CAP). Before submission, you must ensure the Application Form is signed (typed in electronically) and dated. |
