As the Organization BC Coordinator and CM Secretariat, I have:
- Reviewed reports from group companies

Compiled monthly group report to update group management

Established the steering committee review mechanism

Coordinated the steering committee meeting to review the crisis that occurred in the year, identified corrective action requirements, decided whether the risk scenarios’ coverage is sufficient with consideration of the changes in the business environment and agreed on oncoming year objectives.

Summarized the crisis incidents and learnings in regular reports

Identified corrective actions and set improvement timeline

Alerted for manual revision in case of significant changes arises

Updated the crisis management policy according to organizational changes and business environment changes

Managed the change control management process and reinforced crisis management concepts among group companies through regular communications, briefings and workshops
