- Project Timeline
- With the assumption that the project will take 9 months, we set up a project timeline to ensure the project can be done in a timely manner.
- Apart from the timeline, we also agreed to conduct monthly meetings to discuss the project reports and obstacles so they can be run smoothly.
- From time to time, we also update the senior management on the progress.
After the team and the plan had been established, we conducted a kick-off which aimed to gain commitment across the members of the company including the senior Management.
The kick-off was attended by almost all of the senior management. The project was formally started with this kickoff meeting.
