With over two decades of experience in financial services, Veronica Oh is a leading authority in Operational Resilience, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). Currently serving as Director and Global Head of Operational Resilience, BCM, and Crisis Management at Deutsche Bank, she has played a pivotal role in establishing and implementing global frameworks that align with regulatory standards and industry best practices. Veronica’s career includes leadership roles at JP Morgan and Credit Suisse, where she spearheaded initiatives that transformed business continuity and emergency response strategies across the Asia Pacific region.
