Irene Lye [Speaker]

Irene is our senior facilitator for our BCM and Crisis Management classes. Her vast experience in enterprise risk management in various industries provides the participants with valuable real-life case studies. 

Irene Lye is currently a Governance, Risk, and Compliance Lead with Oxagon, a region within NEOM. Her responsibilities include formulating, implementing, and ensuring GRC matters. Irene also manages Oxagon's Business Continuity and Crisis Management Program.

Before the present organization, she spearheaded the Enterprise Risk Management Program in various organizations, i.e., Singtel, Ascendas-Singbridge, and Wearne Brothers (delisted), where she led the organization in the full spectrum of identification, analysis, and treatment of relevant risks. She was also responsible for the organization’s Resilience Initiative, working with internal and external stakeholders to formulate and develop a robust and practical Crisis and Business Continuity Management Program.
