Irene Lye [Speaker]

Irene has been our senior facilitator for our BCM and Crisis Management classes. Her vast experience in enterprise risk management in a variety of industries provides the participants valuable real life case studies. 

Irene Lye is currently Director, Group Risk Management with a Telco operating in the country. 

Before the present organization, she was the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, Ascendas-Singbridge and General Manager for Enterprise Risk Management at Wearne Brothers (delisted), where she spearheaded the Enterprise Risk Management Program and led the organization in the full spectrum of identification, analysis and treatment of relevant risks. She was also responsible for the organization’s Resilience Initiative working with both internal and external stakeholders to formulate and develop a robust and practical Crisis and Business Continuity Management Program.
