[B-2] What is a BCM-200 Business Continuity Management Planner Course?

BCM Institute’s Business Continuity Management E-learning courses cater to busy Business Continuity Management (BCM) professionals and allow participants to obtain the Business Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP) certification at their convenience.

Participants have 30 days to access the e-learning portal. They may pause their learning at any point in the module and resume where they left off. An electronic notepad is also available for participants to take notes and store them for ease of reference.

BCM-200 is module 1 of BCM-300 and BCM-5000 ISO22301 BCMS Implementer and Expert Implementer course.

Business Continuity Management Fundamentals e-Learning Packages

This package is ideal for anyone interested in obtaining a holistic overview of the fundamentals of business continuity management through online learning.

It is Module 1 of the BCM-300 and BCM-5000 courses.  These are the course descriptions of the lessons.

Two packages are available: the fundamentals (SGD $1,350) and the ISO22301 BCMS package (SGD $1,650). The significant differences are the "Overview of BCM" and "Program Management" lessons.  The latter is helpful for practitioners pursuing and understanding the ISO22301  BCMS certification.

This course suits organisations and agencies that would like an overview of Business Continuity Management. Participants will benefit from the introduction to Business Continuity Management and the relationship between its implementation efforts in crisis management (CM), business continuity management (BCM), disaster recovery (DR), and operational resilience (OR).

They will also learn the basics of a Business Continuity Management program and the tools and techniques to help develop specific crisis communication plans.

Completing this package takes thirty days if taken alone and two weeks as part of the more advanced CC course(s). 

This protracted time frame allows one to understand the concepts taught in digestible bite sizes. Care and consideration have been taken to ensure that the content and syllabus are of the same standard and rigour as our on-site classes.

Students may pause their learning at any point in the module and resume where they left off. An electronic notepad is also available for participants to take notes and store them for ease of reference.
