Explanation
One of the challenges is to develop the program for the test. It requires very detailed planning. This is a sample program for a major two day test.
Program for Day One
- Set up Emergency Operations Center
- Contact as many BCM Business Unit (BU) Coordinators as possible (during and outside office hours) to establish basic facts regarding preparedness and organization
- Final brief for BCM BU Coordinator on Day Two activities
