Exercise Incident Sheet (Master)

Explanation

This template documents each scenario (incident) for the entire exercise. It allows heads of the business units to plan ahead of the requirements, especially in logistics and manpower. It can also be used at an organizational level exercise.

Each “Exercise Incident Sheet” is developed by the respective business units in consultation with the Organization BCM Coordinator. Organizations normally plan for the most likely scenario that may be in line with the business.

Explanatory Notes for Scenario Template

This is a template that is used for each scenario. They include.

2	Phase Exercised	The exact phase (content) of the BC plan that the test is extended to exercise.

Happening on the heels of the ABC Tower explosion, Central Shopping Mall has been shut down today, and many stores in the area have closed for fear of the potential explosion.
