T24: Exercise Incident Sheet (Master)

This template documents each scenario (incident) for the entire exercise. It allows heads of the business unit to plan ahead of the requirements, especially in logistics and manpower.

Each “Exercise Incident Sheet” is developed by the respective business units in consultation with the Organization BCM and CM Coordinator. The template can also be used for Crisis Management, Crisis Communication and IT Disaster Recovery exercises. Organizations normally plan for the most likely scenario that may be in line with the business.
