Frequently Asked Questions for eLearning Course

Is there a pre-requisite before I can join the course?

There is no pre-requisite to join the course. All practitioners, with or without experience, are welcome to join.

Will I immediately access the e-learning portal once I make a payment?

Yes, once you have paid, you can start your e-learning course immediately.

Is there any examination involved?

There will be a short quiz after every module is completed. This quiz is to assess your understanding of the module. Upon passing the quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Please keep a copy on your side.

How can I obtain a Certified Planner certification?

BCCP is awarded to participants taking the BCM Fundamentals Package or ISO22301. Upon completing and passing all package modules, our certification team will award the participants Business Continuity Certified Planner or BCCP within three working days.

CMCP is awarded to participants taking the Crisis Management Fundamentals Package. Upon completion and passing all eight modules in the package, our certification team will award the participants a Crisis Management Certified Planner or CMCP within three working days.

The Crisis Communication Certified Planner (CCCP) is awarded to participants who complete the Crisis Communication Fundamentals Package within three working days.

DRCP Disaster Recovery Certified Planner Certification (Size 100)

DRCP is awarded to participants taking the IT Disaster Recovery Fundamentals Package. Upon completion and passing all 6 modules in the package, our certification team will award the participants the Disaster Recovery Certified Planner or DRCP within three working days.

ORCP is awarded to participants taking the Operational Resilience Fundamentals Package. Upon completion and passing all 8 modules in the package, our certification team will award the participants the Operational Resilience Certified Planner or ORCP within three working days.

Is there a time limit to completing the course?

If taken on its own (fundamentals package ONLY), you are given 30 days to complete the modules upon payment. You will not be able to access the content after 30 days. As such, we advise you to complete the modules and make notes while going through the course for your future reference.

For those taking this course as part of the more advanced certification courses (i.e. BCM-300/ BCM-5000, CM-300/CM-5000, CC-300, CC-5000, or DRP-300/DRP-5000), you have 14 days to complete the modules. If you need to understand more, talk to our team.
