FAQ on BCM, CM, CC and DR E-learning Course

Welcome to the frequently asked questions or FAQ for BCM Institute's E-learning courses. 

Is there a pre-requisite before I can join the course?

Will I immediately access the e-learning portal once I make a payment?

Yes, once you have paid, you can start your e-learning course immediately.

Is there any examination involved?

There will be a short quiz after every module is completed. This quiz is to assess your understanding of the module. Upon passing the quiz, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. Please keep a copy on your side.

How can I obtain a Certified Planner certification?

BCCP is awarded to participants taking the BCM Fundamentals Package or ISO22301 Fundamentals Package. Upon completion and passing all modules in the package, our certification team will award Business Continuity Certified Planner or BCCP to the participants within three working days.

CMCP is awarded to participants taking the Crisis Management Fundamentals Package. Upon completion and passing all 6 modules in the package, our certification team will award Crisis Management Certified Planner or CMCP to the participants within three working days.

CCCP is awarded to participants taking the Crisis Communication Fundamentals Package. Upon completion and passing all six modules in the package, our certification team will award Crisis Communication Certified Planner or CCCP to the participants within three working days.

DRCP is awarded to participants taking the IT Disaster Recovery Fundamentals Package. Upon completion and passing all 6 modules in the package, our certification team will award Disaster Recovery Certified Planner or DRCP to the participants within three working days.

Is there a time limit to completing the course?

You have 14 days to complete the modules starting from the course start date. You will not be able to access the content after 14 days. As such, we advise you to complete the modules within 14 days and make notes while going through the course for your future reference.

How do I receive the certificate after I pass the course?

Our certification will email you the soft-copy certificate to the email address given after you have passed the course in 5 working days.
