This module would teach participants business continuity (BC) plan development fundamentals.

New call-to-actionThrough online learning, participants will learn to understand a BC Plan's primary content, format, procedures, and the Plan Development process. They will also learn about the various BC teams and their interactions during a disaster.

Participants are also taught to be aware of some ideal team member characteristics. Incident and emergency response plans and procedures will also be taught, and participants will be aware of the various roles and responsibilities of multiple persons during an incident and emergency response.

Participants will also learn the crisis management and communication process during a disaster, including the role of a Command Centre, the do’s and don’ts of crisis communication, and the Incident Command System (ICS).
