Plan development is the phase in the BCM Planning Methodology following the development of the Business Continuity (BC) strategy or Crisis Strategy for Crisis Management (CM) and Crisis Communication (CC).
Strategy Versus Plan Phase
What is the difference between a strategy and a plan? A strategy is a general plan intended to achieve a goal, along with the means (also known as resources) to accomplish it. A plan, on the other hand, focuses on laying out the details comprehensively and coherently.
