HRD Corp Claimable for Competency-based Training Programmes

The Competency-based Training programmes are currently HRD Corp claimable. The following information is intended for participants who want to know more about HRD Corp claimable training.

BCM Institute is proud to announce that all our competency-based programmes offering Business Continuity Management (BCM), Crisis Management (CM) and Crisis Communication (CC) are HRDF claimable in Malaysia.

These programmes;

  • Promote recognition of skills and competencies to facilitate progression, mastery and mobility;
  • Promote holistic development of the workforce through technical and generic skills and competencies;
  • Support economic development by professionalising skills and competencies to drive industry transformation, productivity and innovation efforts; and
  • Encourage lifelong learning.

Training programmes developed are based on skills and competencies validated by employers, unions and professional bodies. This process ensures existing and emerging skills and competencies that are in demand are used to inform training and development.

Course Fee

The course fee before any funding is RM 1,500 per course per person.

How Does The Claim Works?

 

Criteria Course Fee

Face-to-Face

Up to RM 1,300 claimable per trainee per day for local public training

Online

Up to RM 700 claimable/day/pax for 7 hours of training.

Eligibility for the above price is to Malaysian citizens residing in Malaysia only. Non-Malaysian living in Malaysia will pay the normal fee of SGD 800 per course per person.

Do note that all participants will need to pay the full course fees upfront to BCM Institute and HRD Corp will reimburse upon successful submission of the claim unless stated otherwise by HRD Corp. You can refer to your company's human resource or training division for detailed information about the claim.

All approvals are at the sole discretion of HRD Corp.
