Step-by-step Guide to Submit a Skillsfuture Credit Claim

Follow the instructions below to pay your course fees using Skillsfuture Credit. Please inform BCM Institute the amount you are claiming for if you have not done so.

To submit a SkillsFuture Credit claim, follow the step-by-step guide below:
Eligibility Check:
  • Ensure that you are eligible to use SkillsFuture Credit. You must be a Singapore citizen aged 25 years and above.
  • Confirm that you have sufficient SkillsFuture Credit balance to cover the course fees.
  • Ensure the course you wish to claim for is SkillsFuture Credit eligible.

SkillsFuture Credit Claim Submission:
  •  Visit the SkillsFuture Credit website (https://www.myskillsfuture.gov.sg) and log in using your SingPass.
  • Navigate to the "My SkillsFuture Credit" section to access your SkillsFuture Credit account and click "Submit SkillsFuture Credit Claims"
Course Claim:
  • In your SkillsFuture Credit account, search for the course you have registered for using the course title (which can be found in the invoice) or training provider name.

Training Provider name: BCMI Pte. Ltd.

  • Once you find the course, click on the "Submit a claim" button next to it.
Claim Details:
  • Fill in the required details for your claim, such as the amount to be claimed, the start and end dates of the course, and the training provider's information.
  • You may need to upload supporting documents, such as the course invoice or receipt, as proof of payment.

Review and Submit:
  •    Review the claim details to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  •    Make any necessary corrections or additions.
  •    Once you are confident that all the information is accurate, click the "Submit" button to complete the claim submission.
Claim Approval and Disbursement:
  •    After submitting the claim, it will undergo verification by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG).
  •    SSG will process your claim and disburse the approved amount to the training provider.
  •    You may receive notifications via email or SMS regarding the status of your claim.
Payment Verification:
  •    Contact the training provider to confirm the receipt of payment from SkillsFuture Credit.
  •  For any discrepancies or issues, contact the SkillsFuture Credit helpline for assistance.
