Operational Resilience Management Attestation

Management confirms that, to the best of its knowledge:

• The operational resilience information provided is accurate;
• Critical business services have been appropriately identified;
• relevant service maps are current;
• Impact tolerances have been established and reviewed;
• Material resilience weaknesses have been disclosed;
• Scenario testing findings have been appropriately recorded;
• known high-risk gaps have been assigned for remediation;
• evidence submitted for self-assessment is complete and current;
• material incidents and impact tolerance breaches have been disclosed; and
• Management accepts responsibility for addressing identified weaknesses.
