Operational Resilience Audit Specialist (ORAS)

Pre-requisites

The pre-requisites are:

Attend and complete the ORA-300 Operational Resilience Auditor course
AND
Pass the Qualifying ORAS examination
AND
Have at least one year of Operational Resilience/ business continuity/ crisis management/ IT disaster recovery professional experience and
Be able to describe at least 3 OR related Body of Knowledge (BoK)
Send in the SGD 75 ORAS Certification Application Processing Fees

How to be Certified

To become an ORAS-certified professional, a candidate must complete four separate processes:

Formal Education
- Attend and complete the ORA-300: Operational Resilience Auditor Implementer course
Examination (
- Attempt and pass the Qualifying ORAS examination
Show proof of at least one year of verifiable OR experience
Make a payment of SGD 75 (non-refundable) application processing fee.

Formal Education

Sign up for the course and complete the eight modules
Pay the Course Fees before starting the eLearning course
Be assigned login credentials to start the eLearning
Answer quizzes at the end of each sub-module
Complete the course within 30 days from issuance of userid.
Be competent in Competency Level CL:
- Foundation (CL1 ORA)
- Intermediate (CL 2 ORA),
  which includes the 15 OR Body of Knowledge (OR BoK) concepts discussed in the CL.
Be awarded ORAS certification.

Examination

To sit for the Examination, a candidate must:

Be competent in the Competency Level (CL):
- Foundation (CL 1 ORA)
- Intermediate (CL2 ORA),
  including the 15 OR Body of Knowledge (OR BoK)
Attempt the online practice quiz at least once

Certification

To be issued a certificate, a candidate must:

Pass the ORAS qualifying examination with a required passing score of 75% out of 100- Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ)
Submit a non-refundable Application Processing Fee
Submit the Certification Application Form to certification team
Describe three or more domains of the OR Body of Knowledge (BoK)
Select two references for each BoK (references may be repeated for all three domains

Fee Payment

Application Processing Fee: SGD 75. (Not included in course fees and non-refundable even if the application is rejected)
Annual Maintenance Fee: SGD 75 (Applicable after your first year of certification)
