So, what is needed for you to prepare for the online proctored exams?

Candidates are to use the laptop/desktop webcam-enabled video to connect with Zoom. All candidates will be monitored and recorded, and their faces should be visible at all times, in addition to all other proctoring rules set by BCM Institute Admin.
Share your screen
Participants are to share their computer screen throughout the exam.
Doing the Practice Examination
At BCM Institute, we provide certification practice questions and tests as we believe that by taking this practice, candidates will be better prepared for their certification exam. The practice examination is a sample of the actual examination, and the emphasis is for the candidate to have a hands-on experience on how to sign in using the userid and password allocated to you. The other objective is for the candidate to select the correct answer (scoring) after reading the questions.
Useful Tips [Scoring the Right Answer]
When attempting the examination, it is good to know the mechanism of scoring the right answer. Often, there are four answers to one question, and you are expected to score only one answer.
Useful Tips [Saving the Attempted Answers and Completing the Examination]
Once you have completed the questions, you will be asked to "Save" or "Complete". at the lower part of the screen. [SAVE] The "save" will help you save the answers that you have attempted. Should your notebook shut down during the examination (practice or actual examination), you can restore your last saved answers. In BCM, that is called "Recovery Point Objective." [SUBMIT] Once you are ready to complete the examination and leave, you will click the "Submit" button to end the examination. Remember that there is no going back once the button is pressed.
Reading Materials
I understand as professionals, since the last course you have attended, the best way is to study the books. There is a tendency to rely on books and books only. Well, although it is necessary to read the book and course material during the course, it is also viable to source out for information that we have made available on our BCMpedia website. You can gain all the required information needed to be well prepared for the exam day.
Many professionals get disappointed when they don’t pass the exam, is when they do not know where to source the information from. Trust us, knowing the source information is only a small part of the preparation most people need to go through in order to take their certification exams.
Let us share some tips.
Review the Course Handbook
Speak to your instructor/trainer about which topics hold the most weight on the exam and start to plan your revision.
Review the Exam References
In your handbook, you will find exam references, also known as a BOKs. This is where you will see the references used by the writers to determine the correct answers to the exam questions. You can go to each of the references yourself to help you better understand the type of questions to expect on your exam.
The Importance of Reviewing the Exam References
By reviewing the exam references or something referred to as Competency Level 1 to 3, you will have gained additional insights as to how the exam questions were composed and the text that they are based on.
Closing Thoughts
Preparing to take a certification exam does not have to be hard if you prepare yourself well. You have made it to the final stage since you passed the initial course. Therefore, you know the information to pass; you just have to make sure that you make your weaknesses into strengths, and then you are guaranteed to pass your exam.
Read "Examination" for the "Frequently Asked Questions" regarding the examination.
Good Luck!
