The identification of key products and services for MINDS provides a clear foundation for effective business continuity planning and incident response.

These products and services represent the minimum outcomes that must be delivered to protect clients, uphold regulatory obligations, and maintain organisational resilience during emergencies or disasters.

By mapping key products and services to each Critical Business Function, MINDS is better positioned to define realistic Minimum Business Continuity Objectives (MBCOs), prioritise resource allocation, and implement proportionate continuity strategies.

Ultimately, this structured approach strengthens MINDS’ ability to safeguard vulnerable beneficiaries, support staff, and sustain mission-critical operations under all conditions.
