Crisis management (CM) is often confused with business continuity management (BCM). For those who have attended the institute’s BCM certification courses, you begin to notice that organisations need to increase their preparedness to manage a disaster and a crisis. Crisis includes physical threats and incidents that affect the organisation's reputation even though you still have access to your organisation. This is a one-day introductory course [or 8 hours of self-paced eLearning] on crisis management (CM), best suited for someone who wants to understand the subject.
Cost: SGD1,650 [Fully Online]
COMPETENCY LEVEL: DO
This two-day [one 8-hour eLearning + two 3-hour online workshops] intermediate crisis management (CM) course incorporates the CM-200 syllabus before the start of the course (Module 1). It is best suited for BCM/CM coordinators and newly appointed CM coordinators who want to know how they can contribute to a CM team and decide on the best crisis management strategy. There is no experience pre-requisite for attending the course.
Cost: SGD 2,400 [Fully Online]
Singaporeans can use their Skillsfuture Credit to offset their cost.
COMPETENCY LEVEL: MANAGE
This advanced crisis management (CM) course follows up on those who attended the CM-300 Crisis Management Implementer course. Here, participants will be taught how to manage a crisis management flow of events and conduct advanced-level testing, such as integrated and simulation exercises.

This advanced crisis management (CM) course follows up on those who attended the CM-300 Crisis Management Implementer course. Here, participants will be taught how to manage a crisis management flow of events and conduct advanced-level testing, such as integrated and simulation exercises.

COMPETENCY LEVEL: DO
This 3-day [six 3-hour online workshops] intermediate crisis management (CM) course explains the fundamentals of BCM and how it relates to crisis management before introducing the different types of crises and how to deal with them.
There is no experience pre-requisite for attending the course.
