Am I Ready to Attend the Crisis Communication Manager [CC-400] Course?

CC-400 or Crisis Communication Manager course is a 2-day advanced level Crisis Communication (CC) course primarily designed and developed to instill detailed concepts and knowledge in CC/BCM practitioners.  This course is designed to equip the individual to drive and manage the CC programmes and projects for the entire organisation.  Remember, you need to complete your CC-300 Crisis Communication Implementer course before attending this course.

CC-400 is the second installment of the CC-5000: Crisis Communication Expert Implementer course.  This course is completed by busy professionals who are keen on achieving the Crisis Communication Certified Expert (CCCE) certification in two stage.  This is usually due to time commitment or budgetary constraint.

CC-400 is a 2-day advanced level Crisis Communication (CC) course with an addition of 3 and 1/2 hour 150-Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) based examination, following the successful completion of the course. It is primarily designed and developed to instill detailed concepts and knowledge in CC/BCM practitioners, which will enable the individual to drive CC programmes and projects for the entire organization.


Pre-requisite

It is a pre-requisite for participants to complete the CC-300: Crisis Communication Implementer course before enrolling for the CC-400: Crisis Communication Manager course.

Participants of the course are required to pass the Qualifying Crisis Communication Certified Specialist (CCCS) examination before proceeding to attend the CC-400: Crisis Communication Manager course.

  • Drive organizational-wide Crisis Communication programmes.
  • Identify the types of the crisis affecting the organization and prioritizing them.
  • Develop and implement CC strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive CC plans.
  • Create and develop CC awareness and training 
  • Conduct CC exercises and tests.
  • Implement CC audit and assessment programmes to ensure CC plan effectiveness.
