Section 3 of CAF
You should have downloaded the two forms from the certification application portal as directed by the Certification team. These include the Certification Application form (CAF) and a checklist (CAF-CC) for submission to the Certification Review Committee.
This blog provides an overview of section 3 of the certification application form for the Operational Resilience certification application. It is subdivided into the fifteen OR Body of Knowledge (ORBOK).

Submission of Application Form
Submit your completed Certification Application form and upload it to the certification application portal (CAP). Before submission, you must ensure the Application Form is signed (typed in electronically) and dated. |
