Submit Certification Application: Supporting Evidence

When you read this article, you should have received an email from the Certification team. 

The email will have access to the certification application portal where the form (in Microsoft Word) is to be downloaded.  There is a list of detailed instructions once you are in the portal. So, where do you start?  

You have now completed the essential information in Sections 1 and 2.  This is to explain Section 3 of the certification application form.  Before we start, we must know the basis for the application as it starts with the framework of knowing the Body of Knowledge or BoK.

When providing evidence for your application in Section 3, you will be required to break up each (BOK) into three parts when presenting your experience via a detailed explanation of the following:

• What was performed?
• When was it done?
• How was it carried out?

Once the above has been completed, the next step would be the submission process.

Submission of Certification Application Form (CAF)

Submit your completed Certification Application Form (CAF)  (together with the checklist) by uploading it to the portal.  You must ensure that the Application Form is signed and dated before submission.
