Complete Certification Application Form [Section 3]
When you update Section 3 of the Certification Application form for Business Continuity Management, you must submit three BoK for the Specialist Level application and five BoK for the Expert Level application.
Section 3 is subdivided into the seven BCM Body of Knowledge (BCMBOK).
Do note that the certification application (CA) fee must be paid before the CAF is accepted for review.
BCM Expert/ Specialist Level Certification
These are sample forms (and they are downloadable when you are granted access to the certification portal. The latest version can only be downloaded from the certification application portal. Do note that the certification team grants access to the application processing portal upon completing the "application processing fee" payment.
The Seven (Subject Areas) Body of Knowledge or BoK are:
- BCMBoK 1: Project Management [PM]
- BCMBoK 2: Risk Analysis & Review [RAR]
- BCMBoK 3: Business Impact Analysis [BIA]
- BCMBoK 4: Business Continuity Strategy [BCS]
- BCMBoK 5: Plan Development [PD]
- BCMBoK 6: Testing and Exercising [TE]
- BCMBoK 7: Program Management [PgM]

Submission of Application Form
Submit your completed Certification Application form and upload it to the certification application portal (CAP). You must ensure that the Application Form is signed (typing in electronically) and dated before submission. |
