1. What was performed?
- I am part of the team that organizes the drill; put up the scenario, liaise with stakeholders, create communication reminders for all employees, marshall during the drill, and partly handle de-brief and lessons learned after each drill.

- Started in December 2019 and ended in mid-May 2021
3. How was it carried out?

I have been involved in the various teams within my organisation that organized and executed different drills and exercises related to many areas–emergency response (fire, earthquake, bomb threat, active shooters), cybersecurity breach, and COVID incident handling.

For exercises like tabletops and walkthroughs, I help draft the scenario and assist during the facilitation of the exercise. I facilitate and consolidate the post-exercise evaluation and directed the update of the BC plans by the business units to me corresponding to the result of the findings.
