Proceed to ask the participants to download the PowerPoint assignment slides "M4 BCM-8530 Nonconformity NC Audit Report.pptx" and raise and present non-conformity based on the live case study in the BCM Manual.

M4-S2 Assignment

There is no assignment for M4-S2. 

Focus in M4-S2
  1. One of the key steps in M4-S2 is to walk through the documentation and procedures for the entire audit process, starting from M2 to M4. 
  2. It starts with a walkthrough of all the reports and procedures. 
  3. This selection of templates can be found in eCampus to be previewed to the participants.
  4. The objective is to provide the participants (those who have not conducted an ISO22301 BCMS audit) with an overview of the list of documentation that they are expected to see during internal and external audits.
    • It includes the standard operating procedures for an organisation to implement its internal audit procedures.

 

Onsite training.  You may want to present the Non-conformities and issue the final report. To conduct and complete the assignment, give them 30 minutes to discuss as a group and to present after each discussion.  

Blended Learning.  The process is similar to the onsite training format.
