  • Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Small and Medium Enterprise Working Group (SMEWG) advisory committee member for the Guidebook on SME Business Continuity Planning

  • Assisted several global financial institutions in their Industry-Wide Exercise (IWE) for financial industry participation that covered terrorist and cyber attacks

  • Implemented total BCM for agencies such as banks, insurance companies, stock exchanges, shipyards, mega-retailers, power generation, government-linked companies, and biomedical and research institutes.

  • Facilitated live exercises for financial institutions on full denial of access due to terrorist attacks, insurance companies on ransomware and cyber-attacks and statutory boards with full closure due to pandemic outbreaks

  • Designed and facilitated tabletop exercises for terrorist attacks, cybersecurity attacks, pandemic and infectious disease outbreaks, product contamination, product recall

  • Developed the Singapore Standard (SS507:2004) for Business continuity/disaster recovery (BC/DR) service providers

  • Developed the Technical Reference (TR19:2004) for Business Continuity Management for Manufacturing, Innovation and Services in Singapore.  This standard was upgraded to SS540, and in 2012, it became ISO22301:2012.
