[A] Pre-reading |
The pre-readings assigned are blog articles and chapters of the Manager's Guide to Operational Resiliency. Participants are recommended to complete them before the session as they serve as 'bite-sized' background information, allowing them to familiarize themselves with the concepts to be discussed.
It would also assist participants in completing their assignments in the following one-hour online session. The content focuses on what you have completed, as shown in this module, or what you would like to have when you complete the course.

[B] Attend Facilitated Online Training and Discuss with Facilitator |
All participants of the Blended Learning OR-5000 course are to attend two 3-hour sessions
The first 3-hour session, if online, or the morning of the Day 4 course will focus on the discussion on managing your OR program. You are expected to share the changes, particularly regarding the cultural aspect of your organisation that you will be changing and the resources allocated to assist you with this OR program. Start thinking of the current and new communication channels you must set up for your stakeholders. |
|
The second 3-hour session will focus on developing the training and awareness regimes. It must include long-term plans based on the capability and maturity model, as discussed in Module 2. A self-assessment followed by an independent review of the OR program should be developed before the closure of the implementation of the OR program. |
Both sessions are compulsory and run at the pre-determined online schedule. There would not be a repeat or substitute session for anyone who missed it.
