Self Study (Total)	8 hours	One hour per E-learning sub-module done online at your own pace. It can also be done earlier than the proposed two weeks. There are eight modules.
Outcome	6 hours	Complete the Operational Resilience Certified Planner exam as part of the E-Learning assessment.

Duration	2-1/2-hour	The maximum time allocated for online multiple choice (MCQ) exam examination.
Exam	100 MCQ	This 100 multiple-choice question (MCQ) examination is conducted the following week of the last workshop.
