This is a series of useful templates that you can use to develop the  Testing and Exercising program.

Typical Program for Major Test

 

Explanation

One of the challenges is to develop the program for the test.  It requires very detailed planning.  This is a sample program for a major two day test.

Program for Day One

  • Set up Emergency Operations Center
  • Contact as many BCM Business Unit (BU) Coordinators as possible (during and outside office hours) to establish basic facts regarding preparedness and organization
  • Final brief for BCM BU Coordinator on Day Two activities
