Lesson 7: Testing and Exercising
Lesson 7 of the BCM-200 e-learning module.
This module will teach participants how to test and exercise their BC Plan.
Through online learning, they will learn the fundamentals of the testing and exercising phase. They will be able to explain the difference between testing and exercising and identify the types of tests and exercises.
They will also be taught how to design an effective test and exercise for their organisation, how to document these tests and exercises according to industry best practices, and how to conduct such tests and follow-ups.
