Lesson 3: Risk Analysis and Review
Lesson 3 of the BCM-200 e-learning module.
This module would allow participants to learn about the 2nd phase of the BCM planning methodology, Risk Analysis and Review.
In this module, participants will be able to get an overview of the risk analysis and review process and appreciate the process of business continuity planning through online learning.
Participants will also be taught to identify threats and determine the risk likelihood, impact and rating. They will be able to distinguish between threats and risks. They will then be taught how to manage these threats and risks via the available risk treatment options and controls.
At the end of the module, participants would be able to:
