What is HRD Corp?

Human Resource Development Corporation (HRD Corp), formerly known as Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), is an agency under the purview of the Ministry of Human Resources, Malaysia, and is governed by the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (PSMB Act 2001).

HRD Corp claimable training courses are training programs conducted by HRD Corp-authorised training providers.

What is the Expert-Level Course Offered by BCM Institute?

The Expert-level courses, also known as advanced courses, provide the three levels of competency: "Know-Do-Manage." 

It is applicable not only to the ISO 22301 standard but also to professionals upgrading their BCM programme.  This course is available for fully online learning.

It grounds participants in the necessary BCM fundamentals and expects them to complete an actual template using their organisation's examples.

Am I Eligible for HRD Corp Funding?

HRD Corp allows companies contributing to the Human Resources Development Fund to reclaim training fees from the levy. 

Course Fee

The course fee before funding is Singapore Dollar SGD 3,850 (approximately RM 11,935).

Why Our Certification Courses May Not Be 100% Claimable Under HRD Corp

Our programmes are certification-based and industry-recognised, and participants will receive certification issued by BCM Institute upon successful completion.

However, the certification is issued directly by BCM Institute and is not awarded by an external or independent certification body.

Under the funding guidelines of HRD Corp, programmes that are eligible for 100% funding as Professional Certification must typically be supported by documentation from a recognised external certification body.  

As our certification is issued by the BCM Institute itself, it may not meet the specific criteria required by HRD Corp for classification as a fully funded Professional Certification.

Therefore, the final claimable amount will depend on HRD Corp’s review and approval of each application.
