What is CITREP+?
The CITREP+ is a programme under Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA)’s TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) initiative to support the workforce in keeping pace with technology shifts, through continuous and proactive training of infocomm technology (ICT) skills and domain knowledge that are in demand, in order to stay competitive and meet the challenges of a fast-moving digital landscape.

What is SkillsFuture Credit?
SkillsFuture Credit aims to encourage individual ownership of skills development and lifelong learning. Introduced in 2015, all Singaporeans aged 25 and above will receive an opening credit of S$500. Know more about SkillsFuture Credit Scheme.
From 1 April 2020, eligible Singaporeans can start using their one-off SkillsFuture Credit top-up. A one-off SkillsFuture Credit top-up of $500 will be provided to every Singapore Citizen aged 25 years and above.
The funding is also applicable for BL-B-5 Blended Learning.
What is the BCM-5000 Course?
The ISO22301 Business Continuity Management System Expert Implementer course better know as course code BCM-5000 is the most comprehensive course which provides the three-level of competency "Know-Do-Manage." It is not only applicable for the ISO 22301 standard but for professionals upgrading their BCM programme. During this COVID-19 outbreak, this course is also made available on Blended Learning.

Am I Eligible for CITREP+ Funding?
All Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents (PRs) are eligible for CITREP+ funding.
For company-sponsored, do note that if you are working in the Singapore Government agencies, you are not eligible for CITREP funding from your organisation.
However, if you are working in the government sector and would like to continue to pursue CITREP+ funding, you can continue this funding application as a "self-sponsored" Singaporean or PR independent from your organisation. The claiming of the course fee (SGD 850 or SGD 1155) after funding is subjected to an individual internal training policy.
Course Fee
The course fee before funding is Singapore Dollar SGD 3,850. This pricing is applicable to all participants globally.
Training Grant Available
The grant is applicable for both individual and corporate-sponsored. The tables below provide a detailed breakdown in the funding support for:
- Self-sponsored applicants; and
- Company-sponsored applicants.

Do note that all participants will need to pay the full course fees upfront and IMDA will reimburse within 30 days starting from the successful date of claim.

Claim After CITREP+ and SkillsFuture Credit [Applied to Blended learning]
After Skillsfuture and CITREP+ Funding , you are looking at paying:
- SGD 350 (Above 40 years of age)
- SGD 655 (Below 39 years of age)

Do note that all participants will need to pay the full course fees upfront (5 working days before the start of the course to BCM Institute) and IMDA will reimburse within 30 days starting from successful date of claim.
