As we exit the endemic stage, BCM Institute is launching its "hybrid learning", which is 50% brick and mortar and 50% online learning course schedule. This option applies to the 5000-level courses.
The first two modules (M1 and M2) will still be online, while the last two (M3 and M4) will be onsite.

Blended Learning: 100% Online | Hybrid Learning: 50% Online and 50% Onsite |
Modules 3 and 4 will be taught onsite in Singapore or Malaysia. BCM Institute reserved the right to postpone the course if the minimum participation is less than five people.

Note to Singapore CITREP+ applicants. The Hybrid Learning course (Module 3 and Module 4 onsite) is not funded under CITREP+ by IMDA.
Why Modules 1 and 2 are online?
The first two modules being online, is the requirement for participants to complete the learning modules to be grounded on the BCM fundamentals and concepts. It is also to ensure that the participants will be awarded BCCP upon completing and passing the BCM-300 or BCM-5000 qualifying examination.
You can start your eLearning (Module 1) at any time, but it must be completed before Day 2 (Module 2) commences. The principle is to ground you on all of the BCM concepts and fundamentals before we start the course, and this can be done offline and on your own time.
As for Module 2, the participants will require ample time to complete the four key templates which build up the business continuity plan. Again, it requires more than one day to complete the entire syllabus.
Module 2 consists of two online workshop sessions (M2-S1 and M2-S2). It is a three-hour session comprising pre-reading and assignment preparation before each session.
Payment
For participants attending the course, please note that payment is payable in Singapore dollars to the Singapore Bank per invoice. Not that it should be a complete amount without any tax.
Minimum Onsite Class Size
BCM Institute will conduct the course only if there are sufficient participants. Should there be a limited number of participants, BCM Institute reserves the right to announce and allow participants to join any available blended learning program and cancel or reschedule the course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, participants will be offered deferment to the next run of the same course.
Examination
For those taking the Specialist (BCCS) and Expert (BCCE) level Qualifying Examination, the Program Management team will advise the next step once enrolled. This includes a practice exam and access to the examination portal.
Eligibility for Funding from Singapore and Malaysia
This course is not eligible for funding under the Singapore government CITREP+ program as only 100% online. Blended learning is funded up to 90% for Singapore citizens and permanent residents.
Malaysians taking the class in Malaysia can enjoy the HRD Corp available. Please check with your respective organisation on the funding.
