With respect to the information garnered and deliverables produced by the 2 preceding phases of the BCP project state the key assumptions guiding the selection and planning of the recovery strategy for the bank. For each assumption discuss the probable influence on the recovery selection and planning process.

[B] Suggest Alternate Site and Command Centre

Suggest a probable Alternate Site and Command Centre for the bank’s recovery operation.

[C] Strategy Considerations

What could be some probable strategies that the Company could consider ?  For each strategy discuss the probable ramifications on the bank.

[D]  Pre-crisis Preparation Undertaken

Identify the pre-crisis preparation that should be undertaken by part of the Campany's BC Plan.

[E] Main Activity for Immediate Response

E. Identify the main activities to be undertaken as part of immediate response when the BC Plan is invoked
