Using the case study  scenario given, perform a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) via the walk through of the steps.

[A] Key Principles

Provide some key principles underlying the execution of this phase of BCM. For each principle discuss the reasons for its inclusion.

 

 

 

[B] Probable RTO

For the business functions provided in the case organization, tabulate the probable Recovery Time Objective or RTO. You may include in additional business functions as you deem fit.
