New call-to-action

In the event of a business disruption or disaster, the continuity of critical business functions is vital to maintaining Bandtree Sdn Bhd’s compliance obligations and governance standards.

Purpose of Chapter

This chapter outlines the minimum resources required to resume and sustain operations for CBF-5: Compliance, Governance, and Reporting, ensuring the timely delivery of statutory duties, regulatory submissions, and internal oversight activities.

Given Bandtree’s role as a government-linked company under Darussalam Assets Sdn Bhd, the organisation must maintain uninterrupted capabilities in legal compliance, internal audit, ESG reporting, and business continuity governance.

Each Sub-CBF within CBF-5 has been assessed for its operational needs, and the essential staffing, equipment, and support systems required at alternate recovery locations are defined in this document. These minimum resource requirements serve as the foundation for Bandtree’s recovery planning, enabling rapid mobilisation and functional restoration with minimal disruption to critical compliance functions.

This is the table for CBF-5: Compliance, Governance & Reporting of Bandtree, including Sub-Processes (Sub-CBFs), Recovery Location (assumed placeholder), and Minimum Resource Requirements Per Function Per Recovery Location:

Summing Up ...

Ensuring the availability of minimum resources during a disaster is a cornerstone of Bandtree Sdn Bhd’s business continuity strategy for CBF-5: Compliance, Governance & Reporting.

By identifying and pre-positioning key personnel, technological tools, communication infrastructure, and workspace provisions, Bandtree strengthens its resilience against disruptions and upholds its regulatory, statutory, and governance commitments.

This resource plan supports effective recovery execution and aligns with broader organisational continuity frameworks.

As we advance, regular reviews and updates to resource requirements will be essential to accommodate changes in regulatory landscapes, operational complexity, and technology dependency. This proactive approach reinforces Bandtree’s commitment to operational integrity, risk management, and sustainable corporate governance, even in the face of unforeseen challenges.
