[1] Audit Review
The key activities for the Audit Review and Reporting stage are to develop and draft, then propose and provide the final reports to the Client.
The Audit Review is an activity for figuring out how capable that which is being reviewed is of achieving established audit objectives.
- Document audit observations
- Record and assess non-conformance
[2A] Audit Reporting
Audit Reporting is a report containing the results of the audit which lists all the information pertaining to the audit in a final and formal language.
These are the two types of Audit Reporting to be completed at this stage. The initial reporting is a draft, then a proposed report before the final reporting. The second type of reporting is for BCM certification purpose
[2B] Reporting (Draft and Proposed)
- Prepare draft report
- Discuss findings with responsible managers immediately following the fieldwork
- Schedule an Exit Meeting after responsible managers have received the first draft report
- Revise and review the draft report
- Prepare proposed report
- Provide report to Client‟s Executive Management for a formal response
- Consider formal response received from Client
